The idea of an application to show crews their goals, performance pay and effective hourly rate came to a reality!
Per4mance.io was first used internally at VESTA Foundation Solutions that Will and his wife Sydney own and their crews LOVED the transparency and the ease of use. Per4mance gave their production crews goals, transparency and the data to know what they're making!
